Issue	Solved or justified?
Copyright	Give credit to the place you get the information off, so give credit to the youtubers who uploaded the clips of sound, to the people who actually made the film and to the websites you got the information off. Or Get permission to talk about the film and use it's theme tunes for the podcast.
Filming permission	I won't record the music, i will download it and add the music in later, giving credit to the people who made it and so on or asking to actually use the music.
Misrepresentation	By describing it as a horror film it could be misrepresented so by saying its like it but isn't then justifying how it is and the age rating could work, since it's not actually saying it is and people don't get the wrong idea of the misrepresentation.
Rights to use material/ footage/ buildings/ other	By possibly contacting the youtuber or the creator of Jurassic world and asking if you can use the audio for the Jurassic parks theme and Jurassic worlds them for your podcast. And also asking the director if you can use the film to discuss and write about for podcast.

ETHICAL

Issue	Solved or justified?
Violence	I won't be playing a video clip of the indo-raptor killing people or showing any of the violent scenes and i won't be playing the sound of them being eaten - including the screaming.
Stereotypical roles	In the film they have a strong male and weaker female but they also have at times when it can be opposite so there is a strong female and a weak male in some scenes, so its fine also i won't be talking about it in the podcast.
To what extent will they try to save life, of which they created - since clones of animals have a right to live just like normal animals	They brought the dinosaurs back to life and then they think they are saving the dinosaurs by taking them off the island but then they are in cages and then they let them out but the problem is that there is a poisonous gas and all the dinosaurs are locked in the same area and they weren't going to free the dinosaurs and just let them go extinct but then the little girl in the film sets them free so it solves this issue. And i won't be talking about it in the podcast.
Being fair to everyone	Including the views of boys and girls, adults, teenagers, so its fair, in my podcast. Collecting vox pops from different people and not just specific genders or ages, so there is also a variety of views and no one is singled out.

Number 1 applies, asking the people who made Jurassic world if i can use their themes for different parts, in my podcast.

Number 2 because they own Jurassic world, so maybe again asking if i can use it, since its like copyright.

Number 4 - filming permission this is because when i record my podcast it will be using music from Jurassic world 2, to solve this; it will just be like a normal podcast with out having to film the music and then adding it in later.

Number 8 applies, once again asking for consent to use the Jurassic park and worlds and the indo-raptors theme and getting the permission to talk about it on my podcast.

Number 9, i will either ask the people who made Jurassic world 2 if i can use their music or i will contact youtube asking if its alright since they take down any videos or sounds that has a copyright on it, so i will then know if its ok to use it.
